    Used device
    I can copy exactly the same review as below and share the same experience. I received a used device, didnt expect this. Bag/Case for the vaporizer is dirty, no packaging but a plastic bag, traces of heating on the rings. Unfortunately, I received an apparently used device. In a plastic bag without original packaging and with visible traces of heating of the silver rings. I don't think it's okay to sell the product as new.

    Dani Fusion 2.0
    Originally received the wrong item, but after contacting Zamnesia they were very apologetic and quickly arranged to send out the correct item. Both deliveries were on time and well packaged. Very happy with the vapouriser too!
